CrossFit Flathead Information & Class Times

At CrossFit Flathead we have no mirrors, we have coaches. We have no treadmills or ellipticals to waste your time on. You, are the machine. Our dress code is comfortable clothes. Our main goal, is to prepare you for life by getting a little bit stronger every day and getting there safely.

The crossfit method of training is for everyone regardless of age or ability but in turn we also realize that this method is not for everybody.

When you choose to join us on our journey to a better way of life you will never look back.
Our mission is to change your ideas of beauty and functionality of the human body and spirit.  As a people we are all in awe of the beauty in strength, the wonder in the beauty of mobility and respect the beauty of true fitness, a fitness that was created by design, broad, general and inclusive.

Our method of training is not specializing but a general physical preparedness style of fitness.

Combat, survival, many sports, and life in general reward this kind of fitness. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our troops, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen. The crossfit method of training is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, weight loss programs and professional athletes worldwide.

Our CrossFit Flathead athletes will run, row, jump rope, climb rope and carry odd objects. We will frequently move loads quickly over long distances, and use power-lifting and Olympic weightlifting techniques. CrossFit Flathead athletes also use dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettle-bells, and many bodyweight exercises. The crossfit method of training is used in nearly 12,000 affiliates worldwide.
