Rest Day -

our Trina ~
an awesome lady!
Our beautiful Trina Vanorny is going to have her breast cancer surgery this week. She has been very open with all of us this past 2 months since being diagnosed with breast cancer. We are helping her in a number of ways and each of us has been able to do little things already to stand beside Trina in this new chapter of her life.

Trina and I have spent a lot of time together this last couple years. She competed at the 2010 Mountain States Sectionals part of the CrossFit Games and qualified to go on to our Regional competition as well.

We have spent many extra training hours together as well as a bonfire, BBQ, pot-luck or two and her just coming to the gym to hang out early before class. She is a very strong lady. She has a great supportive husband Tony, along with a wonderful family and extended family.

I am asking for your prayers, help with the family in various ways, meals (a sign up list by my desk), school transportation and such during this initial month or two of surgery recovery. Thank you all for all you have done and will do. We are showing outward support in a couple various of ways so ask to be included in all.

And Trina, we do love you very much. You are going to be well and as beautiful as ever!

Happy Birthday today to Becky Gaynor!

This Weeks Focus/Quote -
Phil. 4:11-13 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:
I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Thank you, Buf, and to my CrossFit Flathead family.(My eyes are misty with tears...) I have told so many people how incredible and important you all have been during the past couple months. The showing of love and support has been amazing. I will never be able to repay you fully for all you have given me and my family. I love you all and am truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing community. Thank you so much for being the wonderful people that you are.

Much love, Trina
