remember that Saturday is the first Saturday
of the month and that means it's "bring a new friend day"

also today is the first Wednesday of the month, that means "Tiebuckers night!" - for all those that wish to, our CrossFit Flathead community along with family and friends meet and have dinner together at Tiebuckers in Sommers on the first Wednesday of the month (because Thursday is rest day) - crossfitters supporting crossfitters and having some fun outside the sweaty WOD zone together ... does anybody play the piano? because we have some that sing.
