Today was tough. I worked hard, as hard as my muscles would let me, but I still felt humbled. I have to say that L pullups are hard! I couldn't do them strict. Now I have something else to add to my list of things I want to work on. It seems like there is always something to work on, some way to improve. CrossFit is a lifelong pursuit. Gotta love it!
