I am proud to know you and to be using your site, for my work outs.
Yo Buff!! I have not forgotten about you all, just that summer is approaching, and I get busy. I'm going to try and make it one day a week, maybe personal training sessions. That's my plan, I have been working out with the crossfit workout in mind. And hey I'm doing my pullups pretty darn well, still a little weak in the shoulder, but it's coming around!!!
I miss you all, but I will see you soon!!
