Saturday 5/17

Well, we have run two weeks under the bridge and everything is running fast and furious, [cuz it's spring and the river gets all muddy, right?].  New people everyday coming in and checking out the CrossFit method and everything else we have to offer.

Everything is shaping up well and as planned, this new facility is the best ever, nothing compares anywhere in this valley or outlying areas. We have it all, all CrossFit that is, so invite your friends to come and get a free session in and check it all out.
