Everyone, we are open now from 5:30 am till 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 9 am till 12 o'clock noon for everyone to come and experience CrossFit. Call for info about scheduling a one on one appointment for yourself or a friend or just stop in to see the facility and ask a bunch of questions. And always it's bring a new friend everyday, even if you bring yourself as a first time friend - first time intro is always free -

now we start Crossfittin' full out - to the max! {yes,
I am kinda talking to our charter members here, for
those of you that did the WOD saturday today is going
to be a great follow up from the workout}

Good Morning CrossFit. Hey just want to say CONGRATULATIONS to Ryan and Todd for their new front squat pr's on Saturday. Awesome work dudes--you rock!!! CrossFit rules!
